The 30-minute series is an award-winning home improvement show that travels the country to remodel, redecorate and redesign the spaces we call home. Certain episodes focus on many other aspects of homeownership, such as mortgage tips, and choosing the best lender. This episode of Designing Spaces airing on Lifetime TV will first air on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 7:30 am and re-air on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 7:30 am.

JFQ Lending partners with BrandStar Studios

The BrandStar production crew follows John Kresevic as he visits the homes of actual JFQ Lending clients who share their unique experiences in home purchasing and refinancing. Kresevic shares his personal journey from his humble beginnings in the Midwest to his current success as the leader of one of the fastest-growing mortgage lenders in America. Kresevic provides key insights to help prospective homebuyers and answers some of the most commonly asked questions for homeowners about the refinancing process.

Kresevic’s passion for the industry is matched only by his care for his community, and the mission of the Ronald McDonald House in particular. Designing Spaces shifts its spotlight to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central and Northern Arizona (RMHC-CNAZ) CEO Kerry Schulman. As she strolls through the beautiful Phoenix campus, Schulman describes the organization’s role as a safe haven for families who bravely confront the daily challenges of dealing with life-threatening circumstances. JFQ Lending President and CEO John Kresevic, who is also an RMHC-CNAZ board member, reminds viewers that community outreach is of utmost importance, and that sharing in the Ronald McDonald House vision remains close to his heart.
